There's no shame in being scammed, been there and done that. But I was never going to let go $456,000 worth of BTC to be water under the bridge. Searching around, everybody seemed to be so convinced that the transactions cannot be undone. I went searching in the deep net for a possible redemption of white hats that can do something about it. From the onion site directories I came across this group thecybergoat@techie.com. I learnt that once you send the btc, scammers rarely move the funds to cold wallets or paper wallets and that's the edge one has to recover the funds. I got to learn this terminologies like TX ids and other transaction properties they were requesting for them to brute-force the search for the transaction path. Long story short, I got a fair amount of my lost cash. I know the pain and also the satisfaction of loosing and later regaining your loss. I hope this post helps someone. I wish you the best.
